Delivery Terms & Conditions

Monday-Friday Deliveries:

Orders placed by 2pm are eligible for Same day delivery Monday-Friday. Orders will be delivered during our opening hours. If you wanted your delivery to be made at a certain time, please give us a call on 03 5441 5875 to organise *Please note, leaving a time request in delivery instructions can be missed, so to guarantee your time please call*

All orders that are placed after the cutoff time of 2pm will be delivered the next business day unless advised. 

If recipient isn't home at the time of delivery, we will leave the order in a safe/hidden spot near/at the front door.

Saturday Deliveries:

Orders placed by 12pm are eligible for same day delivery. Orders will be delivered between the hours of 9:30am and 5pm. If you wanted your delivery to be made at a certain time, please give us a call on 03 5441 5875 to organise *Please note, leaving a time request in delivery instructions can be missed, so to guarantee your time please call*

All orders that are placed after the cutoff time of 12pm will be delivered the next business day unless advised. 

If recipient isn't home at the time of delivery, we will leave the order in a safe/hidden spot near/at the front door.

*Please note; We do NOT deliver on Sundays (Unless Valentines Day or Mothers Day falls on a Sunday) or Public Holidays*
